FRIDAY - EVENING

The Red Marquee sits resplendent in the still evening air watched over by the Moon

And, in the this tent......

.....is Mike Jackson, an extremely multi-talented entertainer  Here he is doing something with string and knots which would be the envy of any boy scout, and playing the hammered dulcimer (mmmm!), although not at the same time!

The official opening ceremony starts by the bonfire and processes to a spectacular show  by Mr. Fox

And traders tents shine like beacons in the evening

Although there were plenty of things going on, the two I got to see were Last Nights Fun - always good -   and Ben Haggerty with his excellent Iron Man Khavad. Ben's pictures are on the Sunday page.
