June 19th 2005 Bridgnorth Lions Raft Regatta
The Bridgnorth Lions held their annual Raft Regatta on this Sunday. Launching was at Buildwas, the rafters then navigating to Bridgnorth. This entertaining event is the culmination of much hard work by volunteers and the rafters.
I was there taking pictures at the Buildwas end for the Lions - over 200 rafts - all recorded! Most were fine, but one or two had problems at the launch, which made for entertaining viewing
