Pictures of Owls

Situated near Newquay in Cornwall is a place where injured and unwanted Owls go. This place is located in Goss Moor, St Columb and is the Screech Owl Sanctuary. It is a place that I love to visit and so here are some close-ups of a few birds that you might meet.

Officially coming into existence in 1990 the sanctuary was started by Caroline Screech after a lifetime of interest in these birds.
