Stokesay Castle is really nice and we recently visited. Unfortunately the Sun was rather intermittent so not all pictures are too bright. When we were there, so were over 30 BMW bikers. There were some niiiiice machines there that day. The carrot cake in the tea-servery was good, too.

Just imagine the great feasts and ceremony that would have taken place in the Great Hall - jesters dancing round the assembled guests, the banquet being ceremoniously paraded in and round the tables, the merriment and intrigue.
